Shipping Policy

Shipping Time: Orders will be shipped within 10 business days.
Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 are eligible for free shipping.
COD Charges: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with extra charges.
Minimum Shipping Charge: A shipping charge of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹999.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns in most cases. If your order arrives damaged, we will exchange it for a new copy. If the game has a missing component or defect, please contact the publisher for replacements. We do not provide replacements for individual game pieces. If you encounter any issues contacting the publisher, please reach out to us, and we will assist you. If an exchange is not possible due to lack of stock, a refund will be issued.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made only if the goods have not been dispatched. Upon successful cancellation, the entire order amount will be refunded. It may take 2-5 business days to process the cancellation and initiate a refund. You will be notified via email, and it generally takes 10-15 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Payment Gateways

Refunds for payments made using payment gateways such as RazorPay, Paytm, Open Connect, or any added in the future, will be processed exclusive of gateway charges. Product charges along with any calculated shipping charges will be refunded. Refunds will only be possible up to 3 working days after the order is placed.

Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund, please send the product to our Bangalore address. Refunds will be issued via check within 4 days of receiving the returned product. If the product does not qualify for a quality check, it will be eligible for replacement but not a refund.
