Refund Policy:

- The return product must be sent within 4 days from the date of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed via check within 10 days of receiving the returned product.
- If the returned product passes our quality check, a refund will be issued to you.
- If the return request is accepted, a Tipsy Tale voucher of the return Shipping amount will be given to the customer.
- Please note that if the product does not qualify for our quality check, it will be eligible for a replacement but not a refund.
Return Policy:
- Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns in most cases.
- However, if your order arrives damaged or with missing components, we will happily exchange it for a new copy.
- Please contact tipsy tale for replacements if the game has a defect. We do not provide replacements for individual game pieces.
